The Fresh Start Private Continuing Care Program

At Fresh Start Private (FSP), we recognize that it is essential for recovery to continue once a patient returns to the United States.* For this reason, we have arranged a support network to facilitate ongoing care. This network includes:

• On-Purpose® Fresh Start Coaching Program experts - Patients will have an opportunity to continue sessions by phone for three months once they return to the U.S. The program is tailored to provide weekly contact during the first month, sessions every other week during the second month, and communication as necessary during the third month. Should patients wish to continue with coaching support after this period, they are free to make private arrangements either with On-Purpose Partners in Australia or On-Purpose Partners in the United States.
• Physicians familiar with the patient's recovery - Patients will be able to contact physicians and counselors involved in their treatment in Australia via telephone at any time.

It is also important to note that FSP strongly encourages ongoing patient participation in well-established organizations that offer the sharing of familiar experiences with others in recovery, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Al-Anon.
