Early Stage: In the earliest stage of alcoholism, the drinker starts consuming the alcohol. Sometimes a alcoholic uses large amounts without seeming the effects.
Middle Stage: At this point there is loss of control over drinking, as now he/she has converted to addict. Control over its ability to process the alcohol is decreasing day after day. Tolerance decreases, and large amount is needed to get the same level of intoxication. Withdrawal symptoms are becoming more severe due to more drinking.
Late Stage: As drinker has become obsessed with drink to almost all else. Heath is seriously compromised, and perhaps permanently damaged, and financial and legal problems are produce.
