Alcoholism is defined as excessive abuse of alcohol without concerning about health hazards produced due to it. Many of the body organs are very sensitive towards the excess or small amount of alcohol present in the body.These include heart, nervous system, liver, kidney, pancreas and brain. The heart muscles and liver walls get weaken due to high concentration of alcohol.
Liver is a sensitive organ that affects the most because it is greatly contact with alcohol. Gastric juices will not be produced in proper amount to digest the fats in diet so we can say that liver destruction brings about damage to stomach. Due to this the fats will not be digested and consumed by body; it leads to a fatty liver. Damaged liver can also effects cardiac system.

Liver is a monitor of many other organs that give feedback to many processes of the body.
