Heavy drinking or binge drinking can lead various other serious long term and short term disease. Alcohol is a big reason of cancer like mouth cancer and breast cancer etc. and if it is consumed along with tobacco it causes much bad results of oral cancer. Alcohol consumption is very much related with increased risk of colon cancers. Reducing alcohol intake is an effective way for people who drink moderate to heavy amounts of alcohol, to reduce their blood pressure and other diseases.
