They usually tell that other methods should be used. These include exercising and eating a good diet. Use of these should be taken as the first line of have defense. Body becomes dependent on both of these as both are the reason to be addict. Alcohol can be as bad as drugs when we talk about the ill effects of it. Alcohol abuse and addiction are responsible to create the alcoholism, which is taken as a common problem in many communities of the world.

When we use high concentration of alcohol then it is acting as a chronic disease. Production of withdrawal symptoms can be there when the use of alcohol, drugs is increasing the tolerance level of the body. Drugs and alcoholism both lead to family and social problems to occur. Family and social relationships get lost after one another. Illegal activities start to involve in order supporting their habit. It also causes health problems like liver cirrhosis and cancer.
